It was the best of Nuevo Vallarta hotels I visited before now. The staff was friendly plus the location was good. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles.

I have stayed in a premium quadruple room with a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. The location is favourable, 3 miles from a large water park.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower. The staff was friendly and the pool, although small, was a nice touch. The hotel is located near the beach and there are nearby shopping centers and eateries. , there is a market held on Tuesdays in the area, which seems to be popular with lots of vendors. a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located on a main street, so there is some noise from traffic. If you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue.

A premium quadruple room has basic facilities you need. The staff is amiable and very very nice, as well as host.

The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. We loved being able to explore the area and try different local cuisines. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it a relaxing place to stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always willing to answer our questions and provide recommendations. One of our favorite things about the hotel was the delicious breakfast served in the morning. It was a great start to our day and we loved being able to chat with other guests over a cup of coffee.

We did encounter a little confusion during check-in, as communication was a bit challenging due to the language barrier. It would have been helpful if there were clearer instructions or signage to guide us to the property.
